| If you decide within 15 days of booking that you do not want to take your 2012 holiday, you can cancel - no questions asked, and we will refund your deposit. There is a nominal £50 (or your deposit, whichever is the lesser) handling fee. | |
| When your booking is confirmed you will receive a full schedule of payments and when they are due. | |

How are discounts handled
All discounts, including Couple's Discounts, are deducted when you are invoiced and will appear on your Confirmation Invoice
How will you get your Confirmation/Invoice
As soon as we have received your completed Booking Form, and have processed your Credit Card or Debit Card, or received your Bank Transfer, we will continue with the booking proceedure and your Confirmation/Invoice will be emailed to you.
When will you receive your travel documents
When we have received your completed Booking Form and deposit payment your reservation will be confirmed. After we have received full payment and about 3 weeks before you are due to travel we will send you your Travel Documents. These will include an Accommodation Voucher, a Car Hire Voucher if you have hired your car through Aspects of Spain, explicit directions to our local office for key collection, or directions to your villa.
