When to pay for your holiday

	*4 step Easy Payment Scheme 2010
Step 1	Pay the first part of your deposit, just 10% of the TOTAL HOLIDAY COST (excluding any discounts)
Step 2	Pay a further 20% of the TOTAL HOLIDAY COST (excluding any discounts) by 5th March 2010. You have now paid the full 30% deposit.
Step 3	Pay 35% (half of the balance) 12 weeks before you are due to travel.
Step 4	Pay the remaining 35%, less any applicable discounts, 6 weeks before you are due to travel
Notes	You can pay by Credit Card (sorry, not Amex), Debit Card or Bank Transfer. Sorry, we cannot accept cheques.
	Money back guarantee
	If you decide before 5th March 2010 that you do not want to take your holiday, you can cancel - no questions asked. There is a £50 (or your deposit, whichever is the lesser) handling fee.
	When your booking is confirmed you will receive a full schedule of payments and when they are due.
	We will automatically charge your card when payments are due, and advise you that we have taken a payment.
	This Extended Easy Payment Scheme only becomes valid when we have received your booking form on line.
	Our normal Cancellation Fees apply from 5th March 2010 onwards.

If you are booking within 12 weeks of the start of your holiday you will have to pay 30% on booking and the balance (less any discounts) 8 weeks before you travel.

If you are booking within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday you will have to pay in full on booking.

This Easy Payment Scheme only applies to bookings made on or after 2nd February 2010. For bookings made before 2nd February the 2nd payment (20%) was due by 15th January.

How are discounts handled

All discounts, including Couple's Discounts, are deducted from the balance payment

How will you get your Confirmation/Invoice

As soon as we have received your completed Booking Form, and have processed your Credit Card or Debit Card, or received your Bank Transfer, we will continue with the booking proceedure and your Confirmation/Invoice will be emailed to you.

When will you receive your travel documents

When we have received your completed Booking Form and deposit payment your reservation will be confirmed. After we have received full payment and about 3 weeks before you are due to travel we will send you your Travel Documents. These will include an Accommodation Voucher, a Car Hire Voucher if you have hired your car through Aspects of Spain, explicit directions to our local office for key collection, or directions to your villa.
