How to pay for your holiday

We can accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer

Credit Card payments incur a 2,5% surcharge
Debit Card payments incur a £1 surcharge
Bank transfers do not usually incur any surcharges

When do you pay for your holiday

You pay 30% of the total cost of the holiday, before any discounts, when you reserve your villa.
The balance is due 8 weeks before your villa holiday begins.
If you are booking within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday you will have to pay in full on booking.

How are discounts handled

All discounts, including Couple's Discounts, are deducted from the balance payment

How will you get your Confirmation/Invoice

As soon as we have received your completed Booking Form, and have processed your Credit Card or Debit Card, or received your Bank Transfer, we will continue with the booking proceedure and your Confirmation/Invoice will be emailed to you.

When will you receive your travel documents

When we have received your completed Booking Form and deposit payment your reservation will be confirmed. 8 weeks before you are due to travel you should send us your Balance payment, or call us with your card details. After we have received full payment and about 3 weeks before you are due to travel we will send you your Travel Documents. These will include an Accommodation Voucher, a Car Hire Voucher if you have hired your car through Aspects of Spain, explicit directions to our local office for key collection, or directions to your villa.
