Villa Rossi is situated in Javea, almost equidistant from the village of Benitachell and Javea beach. It is in an area within easy driving distance of all the usual amenities of beach, shops, restaurants and the resorts of Javea and Moraira. Sliding doors from the dining area open onto a covered terrace overlooking the private swimming pool and terrace below. This has plenty of room for sun loungers and is completely walled to ensure seclusion and privacy from neighbouring villas. There are good views from the covered terrace across the valley and from here there are steps down to the pool area. At one end of the open terrace is a large purpose built barbecue with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
