Villa El Cano is the very popular three bedroom villa in Nerja, in the Pago los Tablazos area, just 5 minutes from the beach and town centre.
The villa is set in a large plot that is fully walled and gated for privacy and security. From the entrance gate (electrically operated by remote control) a short driveway leads in to the property. The swimming pool is at the front of the villa surrounded by well established lawns and pretty flowering plants. From the path at the bottom of the garden there are views across the rooftops of Nerja town to the sea. There is a purpose built barbecue on the terrace to one side of the villa, ideal for those lazy al fresco meals. Two steps go up to the large covered terrace, with table and chairs, running the full width of the villa, and from here one step up to the front door that leads straight in to the lounge/dining room. This is very comfortably and attractively furnished, with the open plan American style kitchen at one end. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. An arch from the lounge leads to the attractively furnished bedrooms and the bathrooms.
