Villa Caretilla is a spacious three bedroom villa sleeping up to 6 people, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Moravit area of Moraira. Very big private swimming pool in private, walled patio.
Entrance to the villa is through the lovely big covered terrace to the large, bright lounge/dining room. The covered terrace has arches looking out to Moraira Port and the sea in the distance. Furnished with a table and chairs it is the perfect place for lazy meals or relaxing with a book. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and from here a passage leads to the very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fairly large, with a table ideal for children's meals or snacks. The passage continues to the three bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) and a separate family shower room. Two of the bedrooms have doors out to the covered terrace.
A back door goes out to an enclosed service patio and from there down to the barbecue and private swimming pool. The pool can also be reached from the main terrace at the front of the house. The area around the pool is paved, and the pool area is relatively private with walls on three sides and the villa on the other side. There is plenty of outside furniture.
The garden is well cared for, with many Mediterranean shrubs.
This is the ideal villa for a family holiday, in a quiet location, but not too far from the beaches and shops.

Just a quick few words to say how we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Caretilla in Moraira from 31st July to 11th August 2010. It was a gorgeous villa with stunning views. It was immaculately clean on our arrival and the complimentary hamper was excellent and had everything we needed to get us through the first evening.
