Three bedroom villa for holiday rentals situated in of one of the best locations in Javea, Monte Puchol. Villa Flores commands wonderful sea views from Javea's harbour in the east to the Aitana mountains in the west, and the attractive historic centre of the pueblo below. In spite of its elevated position, the living area, pool and garden are all on one level. Hedges along the boundary provide complete privacy in the garden and pool area. The property is fully fenced, hedged and gated.
The main entrance leads through into a very spacious, comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with a large adjoining sun room accessed by sliding doors, where the panoramic views can be admired in comfort. All the windows of the sun room open to allow the gentle cooling breezes of summer to filter through to the sitting room. At night the view is equally compelling thanks to the thousands of bright lights outlined in the sky and the floodlit beautiful Ermita del Calvario church to the west. Just off the main living area, a door leads out to the swimming pool, which has a tiled surround - a real suntrap. The swimming pool can be gated off from the sun room to give more peace of mind for parents of small children. Adjacent to this tiled area is a lawn complete with sunbeds, table, chairs and a sun umbrella; another vantage point from which to enjoy the stunning sea and mountain views. The rest of the accommodation comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, as well as the kitchen and utility room (with washing machine). The master bedroom with a double bed has double doors leading out into the garden and pool area, and the other two twin bedded rooms have windows overlooking the pool.
