The big garden is fully walled/fenced and gated, and the pool and surrounding areas are quite private. The terraces offer views towards the sea and the Penon d'Ifach at Calpe.
The front door goes in to a hallway and from here an arch goes through to the comfortably furnished lounge. Another archway leads through from the lounge to the dining room. Double doors lead out from the lounge and dining room to a large terrace that wraps around the villa. This terrace is partially covered, and well equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals or just relaxing in the shade. There are wonderful views from the terrace to the sea and Calpe rock in the distance.
Just off the terrace is the purpose built barbecue, ideal for cooking those al fresco meals.
Steps go down from the terrace to the garden and pool below. The swimming pool is surrounded on three sides by an extensive paved area that is well equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs and a parasol. There is a lovely lawned area featuring mature palms giving welcome shade in the hotter months.

Indoors, a passage goes from the entrance hall to two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room. Off the other side of the entrance hall is small passage leading to the well equipped kitchen and the utility room. A door from the kitchen goes directly to the dining room. A staircase off the lounge goes up to the "master" suite in the turret. This has a double bed and en suite shower room. There are stunning views from this bedroom.
Downstairs, at pool level, and with its own independent access is the fourth bedroom suite. This comprises a small sitting area, an open-plan kitchenette, a shower room and a double bedded room.
There is plenty of off-road parking for up to 3 vehicles.
