A door from the entrance hall leads conveniently to the kitchen, and this is separated by an attractive arch from the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher.
The lounge and dining room are comfortably and elegantly furnished. A feature of the lounge is the Tosca stone fireplace. An overhead fan is useful for the hot summer months. Doors lead from the lounge to the large covered terrace. This is furnished with comfortable armchairs for relaxing in the shade, and a table and chairs for those al fresco meals. Steps go down from the terrace to the garden and swimming pool.
The garden is well maintained, featuring a small lawn, and flower beds with Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. There is an extensive paved area around the big swimming pool, with a pergola providing extra shade near the lawn. There are plenty of sun loungers and a table and chairs with a parasol.
