Villa Mimosa Too, in Moraira on the Costa Blanca in Spain is a pretty two bedroom villa, with a private swimming pool. The villa is in a quiet road within a ten minute walk of the nearest beach and restaurants.
Entrance to the villa is through a glazed sun terrace overlooking the pool. This is furnished with table and chairs and is a great place for relaxing with a book or to enjoy a quiet moment watching family and friends in the pool.
Indoors is the spacious lounge and dining room, with a well equipped open plan kitchen. The lounge is bright and comfortably furnished and equipped with TV receiving a few programmes in English.
From the lounge an arch goes through to a small passage off which are the two bedrooms. The master (double bedded) room has an ensuite shower room, with large walk-in shower and twin handbasins. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is a family shower room with another large walk-in shower.
Outside, the garden is well maintained and features lots of Mediterranean plants and palms. The swimming pool has a paved surround, with a pergola at one end with bar counter and stools. There are table and chairs conveniently located by the pergola, the perfect spot to enjoy lazy meals cooked on the nearby barbecue. There are sunbeds and a parasol for relaxing by the pool.
The property is fully fenced and gated for additional privacy, and there is parking space for a couple of cars.
