Entrance to the villa is through a small entrance hall that opens into a spacious lounge. The lounge is bright, comfortably furnished and has air conditioning available. An archway goes through into the dining room with an American style kitchen with breakfast bar adjoining it. A passage from the other side of the dining room leads to two twin bedded bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room and there is also a separate family bathroom. Glazed doors from the dining room open onto an arched covered terrace from which there are views to the sea in the distance. This terrace has a table and chairs and roll-out awning for additional shade.
Steps go down from the terrace to the private swimming pool with a large paved surround, an outdoor shower and plenty of room for sun loungers. This terrace is partially screened by walls to give more seclusion around the pool area whilst maintaining the lovely open views to the coast.
The spacious self-contained annexe, ideal for two people, is situated round the corner from the pool terrace and has a separate external entrance. It has a sitting room, kitchenette equipped with 4 burner hob, fridge, washing machine and sink, a bedroom with twin beds and air-conditioning and a shower room. This apartment is not let out separately from the main accommodation.
The well maintained garden is landscaped featuring Mediterranean flowering plants and shrubs, and has a series of retaining stone walls following the contours of the ground. There is off road parking and the property is gated. A bar/restaurant and one or two shops are in 500m walking distance of the villa. Moraira with its very big selection of bars restaurants/shops etc, the main beach and all amenities are a five minute car ride away.
