All about Javea
Javea is situated in the Northern Costa Blanca, just over an hour's
drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. Both these airports are extremely
well served by scheduled, "no-frills" and charter flights, every day of the
week.
Choose your holiday villa from our exclusive selection in the Javea area, and around the nearby villages of Benitachell, Jesus Pobre,
Moraira, Benissa and Calpe.
Over the years Jávea has developed in to a very special holiday area. It is an area much favoured by Spanish holiday makers, many of whom have, along with the foreigners, chosen Jávea as their "second home". Careful zoning has resulted in pretty villas covering the hillsides away from the town and coast and it is in these areas, away from the apartment developments, that we have chosen our exclusive selection of villas with private swimming pools.

Previous visitors to the area need no further introduction, and those new to the area will soon discover the delights of exploring the narrow streets of Jávea Old Town two kilometres from the coast. The Old Town (Casco Antiguo) is still as it was centuries ago, dominated by the fortified church, and with a busy daily market selling wonderful fresh fruit and veg, as well as freshly caught fish in the evenings. The fishing port, Aduanas del Mar is now a delightful area to stroll through, or perhaps eat at one of the many restaurants. And the Arenal promenade offers a huge selection of restaurants, bars and night clubs.
Villa Tosca, Jávea
Three bedroom villa in Javea. Walk to supermarket and restaurant. Bus to beach. Late availability in August and September.
Jávea is growing at a tremendous rate, but planning restrictions are strict. Apartment blocks are limited to 3 or 4 storeys and are zoned between the Old Town and the Beach areas. Villas are situated in the surrounding hills. Extensive green zones and the Montgó Natural Park ensure that there is no over-development. These are the areas where you will find your holiday villa. There are still many lovely areas to walk and picnic, and numerous coves and beaches to explore. Huge tracts have been re-zoned as parkland. Oranges and grapes are still commercially cultivated over large areas of the valley.
